This past weekend Posey had the honor to be apart of Rachel and Cole’s wedding at the always-stunning Driskill Hotel. Bethany with 36th Street Events did an AMAZING job coordinating the entire thing – everything went off without any hitches!
All I know is that this wedding was absolutely amazing! Her colors were coral and ivory with touches of greens, and she loved candlelight and clear glass for vessels. The flowers we chose consisted of orchids, callas, garden roses, tulips and spider mums in lots of monofloral arrangements.
For the church, Rachel wanted a slightly whimsical look. With this in mind, Posey used curly willow tips, hydrangeas and amaranths. Her bouquet was clean, simple and elegant, consisting of peonies, garden roses, freesia blooms, and orchids. The bridesmaids carried petite bouquets of hydrangeas, colorful garden roses, and green cymbidiums.

The head table was stunning — it blew both Bonni and I away! We were so happy with the way it turned out!

For the cocktail tables, we couldn’t find the perfect linens anywhere, so Posey custom made these gorgeous coral dupioni silk linens. After picking those out, we decided to add touches of the coral dupioni to each place setting. Posey did so by wrapping each napkin with a piece of the silk and tying it off with a piece of variegated grass.
To add more accents of green, we placed a green spider mum in the back of chair sash – the green on coral looked fabulous!
Because of the large number of dining tables we decided on doing four different sets of centerpieces.
Enjoy the photos I took, but be on the look out for some from their awesome photographer, Cory Ryan. She’s super talented and I can’t wait to see how she captured the night!
